Excitement is building for the Stephen King adaptation Welcome to Derry, that's been garnering praise and weaving in elements from other Stephen King works. Just one day after launch, the broadcaster declared that the next chapter will debut sooner than expected, released fittingly for Halloween.

Beginning on October 31 at 12 a.m. Pacific Time, the second episode of Welcome to Derry will make its debut on the streaming service, before its traditional TV airing. Subsequent episodes of the eight-episode season will continue to air on Sundays on HBO and HBO Max, building toward the concluding chapter on December 14th.
